Cottage Interior

Ballast Point Cottage is a very spacious water front two level one bedroom apartment located in St.David`s on it own private point. The bedroom with a queen size bed and a full size bed is on the upper floor with a patio overlooking the Smith's and Paget Islands. The upstairs bathroom with a fantastic view of the water, has 3 pcs. ensuite (tub/shower, vanity, toilet). The main floor has living/dining with a full size fully equipped kitchen (No food).Ceiling fans in main living, kitchen and bedroom, cable TV.

Location

We are located on Smith Sound on the Southside of St.Georges Harbour just minutes away from the airport.Clearwater Beach and Coopers Island Nature Reserve are within walking distance. Close to the historic town of St. George's. Nearby amenities: grocery stores, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, theatre and golf courses.For a faster pace Hamilton is a 30 minute scenic bus ride away.

RULES AND POLICIES:
  • Smoking is not permtted inside the apartment.
  • 4 night minimum stay.
  • A deposit equivalent to one-third of the total accomodation costs is required to secure a reservation.
  • Payment accepted by travellers cheques, bank drafts, on-line banking or cash
  • Deposits will not be refunded for cancellation made within 30 days of the beginning of the reserved period.
  • Balance is due upon arrival in Bermuda
  • $75.00 will be deducted from refunded deposits to cover banking and administrative costs.
  • The rate for additional persons is $40.00 per person per night
  • There is no daily cleaning.
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00a.m. Please enquire about flexibility which can be offered under certain circumstances.
