"Chan Mar" is a spectacular, private beachfront home situated in "Tuckers Town", Bermuda's most exclusive gated community. The property comprises a spacious house and a one bedroom apartment, which are available for rental either separately or together. The house has three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, and large, graceful, entertaining spaces. The exterior is surrounded by a large terraces with sweeping views overlooking the ocean and pool. The more contemporary interior of the house is built around indoor/outdoor connection from all the principal rooms. There is also a shared private beach with a dock & gorgeous outdoor/living deck area. Below the deck area there are kayaks available for your use.

"Windsor Beach" – one of the most beautiful beaches in Bermuda if not the world, is accessed directly and privately by a short walk. The perfect spot for reading and relaxing.

The House

"Chan Mar" has one large master bedroom with magnificent views across the property to the ocean. There are two additional double bedrooms.

There is also a large television room off of the
kitchen. All the rooms are beautifully furnished with designer pieces and fabrics, luxury linens and a wonderful collection of international art. The main living area opens out to a large ocean facing deck bedrooms.

Amenities and housekeeping

There is a state of the art audio system throughout the house, and a wireless network that allows internet connection. There are flat screen televisions in most bedrooms, the kitchen and living room.

The house is air-conditioned throughout. “Chan Mar” is fully staffed. Salvie, The Housekeeper/maid cleans and tidies 5 days a week..

The apartment

There is also a separate apartment (photos below) with an exterior entrance which includes a living room, kitchen, en-suite bathroom & a bedroom. This apartment is available at an additional cost. If rented separately, there is access to Chan Mar's shared private beach and to fabulous, semi-private Windsor Beach but access to the pool is restricted.

For bookings of 1 month or longer the rates are negotiable for both the house and apartment

Surcharges: 5% service charge; $40 per day for golf cart (optional).

  • Minimum rental period for the house is 7 nights
  • Bookings normally must be Saturday-to-Saturday but this is flexible for longer rental periods.
  • Minimum rental period for the apartment is 4 nights.
  • Monthly rentals are responsible for electricity.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
  • Travel insurance should be taken out to cover loss of deposit due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Deposits can be paid by bank draft in US dollars or by providing a credit card number (MasterCard or Visa) and expiry date. A 5% additional charge will be added to credit card payments.
  • Last minute reservations will be considered, if space is available, at the published nightly rates less 10%.
  • NO SMOKING please inside the apartments.
