This well appointed spacious 2-bedroom unit has beautiful views of across  the waters of Harrington Sound  - just a stone's throw from the house. The central location between the Airport and Hamilton is convenient for many popular attractions and amenities. Your host provides airport shuttle service as well as short-hop transportation within 5 - 10 minutes of the unit (grocery stores, various nearby restaurants, Aquarium, Spittal Pond, Crystal Caves, John Smiths Bay Beach, Swizzle Inn, Verdmont Museum,  railway trails, etc.)

The apartment is furnished with a queen bed in one bedroom and two full size beds in another. There is also a sofabed. Large families (up to 8) with children, couples, and business travelers have all enjoyed the unit. The apartment is generously equipped with everything you could expect and more. This includes a washer, dryer, air conditioning, BBQ/grill and WIFI.  Just pack your personal items and we do all the rest!

The public dock, with sand area, provides guests with easy access to the clear inviting waters of Harrington Sound for swimming. Kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling masks and noodles are available for those who wish to explore this spectacular body of water with no additional fees!.

Total Charges for each reservation will include the 2 person rates noted below plus a $150 cleaning fee and a 16.5% charge for admin & taxes. All reservation for more than 2 people will incur a per person charge of $55/night. Our Standar rate fluctuates between: $155 - $305 / night for 2 guests

  1. “1 Million Stars. Cornell goes above and beyond anything you could expect. We had an unforgettable trip and it is really all thanks to Cornell and his beautiful home. Cornell was great with communication before our arrival, sending all the information we needed to know as well as giving recommendations. He was so kind as to take us to and from the airport, provided essential food for the house and also took us to the grocery store. He was very responsive and always checked in to make sure our stay was going well, and it was. The house is beautiful. Very spacious and the private dock was everything! It was so awesome to have kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling all included in our stay. These were some of our favorite activities. As for other activities, we also rented scooters to travel around the island (SO FUN) and we checked out, beaches, downtown Hamilton, Tom Moore’s Jungle and a couple of restaurants. The house was in a prime location so you should have no issue doing everything you want on the island. Cornell also provided a booklet with activities for every area and a potential plan of activities. Overall – AMAZING experience and I would not hesitate to book this stay again. Will recommend to friends and hopefully can bring my family down ASAP :)” (Justina – July 2019)

  2. “Cornell is an amazing host and his house is equally amazing! Our group of 7 friends spent a week at Cornell’s for a special celebration and we all agree that this was by far the absolute best experience any of us have had in renting a vacation property (and between us we rent a lot of properties). First about the house – it is spacious, extremely comfortable, and well appointed. It was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a washer and dryer and an iron. The bedrooms are large. The beds are extremely comfortable and every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. It was also well supplied with toiletries, towels and even tissues. There was plenty of room to spread out and the 7 of us never felt crowded or on top of one another. The outdoor space is also amazing! The views are spectacular. You could sit in the sunroom or on the balcony or on the large patio and see both beautiful Bermuda sunrises and sunsets over the Sound. The house also has a private multilevel dock directly across the road on Harrington Sound. The dock made the house feel like a resort and the photos do not do it justice. Cornell supplied kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, noodles, and snorkel equipment (the newer full face snorkel masks) so that we could really get out and enjoy the water. And we were in the water everyday – kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, snorkeling and just floating around. We could not get enough of the water in Bermuda or Cornell’s dock. Now about our host – Cornell really put the WOW factor in our vacation. He actually gets 7 WOWS – 1 from each of us! He is so gracious and thoughtful and fun and he does everything he can to make your time at his house truly wonderful! As his other guests mentioned, he and Andrew are available to drive you to things in the local area. They drove us to Flatts on numerous occasions to go shopping, to the post office, to restaurants, and to the aquarium. He drove us to John Smiths Bay beach and picked us up and he gave us umbrellas and chairs to use at the beach. I’ve had some really nice hosts, but not one has come even close to Cornell! This was one of the nicest group vacations we have taken and a large part of our experience was Cornell and his Bermudian hospitality! He treated us as friends and did everything he could to make us feel welcome and well cared for. It doesn’t get better than this when renting a property. If you are thinking of renting one of Cornell’s properties – do not hesitate! I know I will be going back to Bermuda and on future trips I will only stay at Cornell’s.” (Donna – July, 2019)

  3. For anyone considering a trip to Bermuda, I strongly recommend Harrin-Ridge, _________ lists Cornell as a “Super Host”, and I agree completely. Cornell, his wife and their three amazing sons are committed to making your stay as special as possible. They are a wonderful family!

    Not only does this listing have two separate homes, making it perfect for small or large families, they are actually creating a third “couples” unit. Both the upper and lower units have living rooms, kitchens, laundry and more. Plus each of the bedrooms in the upper unit has a private bath, and also a half bath in the common areas. The location is in the middle of Bermuda looking directly into the beauty of Harrington Sound, making it convenient for daily sightseeing to the west or to the east.

    The home has all the amenities you could ask for, making it easy to prep and cook meals, host a cook out, do your laundry, and of course just relax and marvel at the views. We did all of this and more. We had 10 people in our party, booking both units, and we had plenty of room and privacy. Cornell arranged airport pickup and drop off, shuttled us around to the grocery store our first day, and was always just a text away. You cannot imagine how amazingly stress free that was!

    The home also has a private dock making easy access for daily water activity. Included amenities on the dock are kayaks, paddle boards, noodles, life jackets, snorkeling gear and fishing equipment. No extra rental fees needed!!!!

    Not one of us wanted to leave… in fact we were trying to figure out how Cornell could hire us on full time! 😉 I promise you, many in the Hockenberry/Leffel families plan to return and we all want to stay at Harrin-Ridge! (Kathi – Aug, 2019)
